About Me

My name is Shany, and I am a Midlands-based Registered Nutritionist experienced in helping people find the joy in healthy eating, in a way that fits into modern-day life.

Through working as part of a specialist NHS weight management service, I have helped hundreds of people sift through fad diets and misinformation, develop a better relationship with food, and become more confident in their ability to look after their health.

Our lives are full and fast-faced, and there is not always the time to prepare an entire home-cooked meal from scratch, but my clients know how get a healthy meal on the table in under 30 minutes using nutritionally-balanced ingredients that take less time. They also know how to get a balanced meal in any environment as they understand the core principles of– but can also draw a line under it when things don’t go to plan.

Professional Qualifications

I completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Nutrition and Food Science with Distinction at the University of Reading in 2021. Prior to that I read a Bachelors degree (BSc) in Biology at Queen Mary University of London (2019).

I am also a member of the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists governed by the Association for Nutrition. This means that I am dedicated to upholding ethical and evidence-based practices.
